Calancombe Estate’s Apple Eau de Vie is made from traditional West Country cider apple trees planted on the Estate by Head Distiller, Lance Whitehead.  Apples are milled but not pressed and the pulp is slowly fermented to capture the flavours of the whole fruit, giving a richer and fuller flavour.


We double-distil with our unique Müller column still, to produce an exquisite, ultra-smooth apple deliciousness. Enjoy neat, on the rocks, or as part of many wonderful cocktails.
